To get an RCMC registration online and to become a member of EPC, you need to file an application.  Thereafter RCMC registration is granted after admitting to the membership of the concerned EPC.

The RCMC registration application is filed in a specified format that is given below along with the necessary documents:

1. The application form contains the details of the products that are specified for RCMC registration.
2. A certified copy of IEC or import-export code by the respective licensing authorities.
3. A bank certificate copy to verify the financial soundness of the applicants.
4. A declaration with respect to the effect on imports and exports in the previous financial years.
5. A copy of the Memorandum of Association and Article of Association in case of companies, whereas you will require a copy of partnership deed in case of partnership firms.

The Validity of RCMC Registration

RCMC registration is valid from the 1^st April of the licensing year to the next five years that ends on the 31^st March of the year of licensing (unless it is specified).
